Review submission rules

Anyone can leave a review of his flight in the "Feedbacks".

Comments about airlines in the project Airlines Rating from Kissandfly.de are a direct opportunity for review to the airlines. Your comments and wishes will be read by airlines, that are interested in improving the quality of service. If during the flight you have a controversial situation, at your desire, the information will be sent to representatives of airlines, there will be an internal investigation and you will be informed about the result.

How to leave a feedback

1. Select an airline in the rating.
2. Click on the tab "Feedbacks" — "Leave a feedback" — and write!
3. NEW! Share photos of a trip — add pictures with a comments!

Rules

• If you write about a controversial situation that occurred during the flight and requires an internal investigation by the airline and the response from its representatives, please indicate the number of your booking.
• You can post several pictures with your comment. Image requirements: format jpg / png / jpeg / gif, the file size up to 3Mb.
  
• Added comments are posted on the website after passing spam control that takes from several minutes to a day. If a comment was left at the weekend, a message will appear on the website for the next workday.
• A comment must relate to the selected airline. Message on other topics are not published.
• When adding a comment on the website, you automatically agree with the rules of Kissandfly.de Offer and acceptance agreement, including "Reviews, comments and other submissions".
• If your review conforms to the rules, it is sure to appear on the site. If it will be recognized as spam, advertising and other illegal on the website information, the moderator is entitled not to publish a comment.
• Claims for reviews unpublished on the website are not accepted.
• Published review and comments about the airlines are available for reading and commenting on the pages of the "Information about airlines" – "Feedbacks".

The safety of personal data

In the review form you must specify the first and last name and email address.
Contact details are only required for Kissandfly.de service representatives or representatives of airlines to communicate with you, if necessary.
We guarantee that your data will not leak to spammers. User's e-mail will not be displayed on the site.
