How rating works

Airline total score (index) consists of the separate evaluations of the airlines' work (indicators). Evaluation indicators are related to most of the questions passengers are interested in while selecting the airline. Obviously, the indicators set is dynamic, and it must match the local criteria of demand.

The final point for each airline is given by the special formula. The rating calculation mechanism consider a total number of votes and a level of evaluations, based on which it was designed.

The formula of the rating: Rating= (V/(V+M)) х R + (M/(V+M)) х C

R - total score (index) of rating
V - the number of votes for the airline on the criterium
M - the threshold of votes
R - the arithmetic average of all the votes on the criterium for the airline
С - the average rating of all airlines
