Alitalia is a national Italian carrier, the largest one in the country. The airline was founded on 16 September 1946 as Alitalia - Italiane Internazionali Aerolinee, and since 27 June 2001 it has been a mamber of Sky Team alliance. In 2009, it merged with Air One, an Italian Airline. The result of the merger, besides the increase in the number of aircrafts, was the increase of the destination numbers in Italy up to 74, and weekly number of flights grew up to 2,500. The flights depart from 6 airports: Rome (Leonardo da Vinci), Milan (Malpensa), Turin, Venice (Marco Polo), Naples (Capodichino) and Catania (Fontanarossa).

Milchpulver statt Milch ! Wein aus Tetrapack ! Schlangen und Unfähigkeit von Anfang bis Ende Musste sogar Anwalt einschalten, da ich 100 Euro zahlen sollte damit sie meinen Namen richtig schreiben.. Briefe des Anwalts und meine emails bis heute (3/4 JAhr später) nicht beantwortet...habe Verfahren eingestellt aus Zeitmangel. Aber eine schlechte Bewertung musste ich für meine Mitmenschen abgeben.... Warnung Warnung Warnung !!! Werde NIE mehr diese Gesellschaft benu

Katastrophe ! Das ist die schlechtestes Fluggesellschaft aller Zeiten !!!

Nun wird auch klar, warum der `Pleitegeier` über der Alitalia seine Kreise zieht. Wir haben insgesamt 4 Flüge gebucht (TXL-ROM/Rom-Brindisi und Bari-Rom/Rom-TXL). Auf dem Hinflug von TXL nach Berlin hatte wir eine alte Maschine und Null Beinfreiheit. Alle Flüge hatte deutliche Verspätungen (mehr als 1 Stunde). Daher ist auf eines sicherlich Verlass: die Unpünklichkeit dieser Airline. Und das Zubuchen von Gebäckstücken war online überhaupt nicht möglich und musste daher an den Flughäfen eingeplant werden. Also bitte niemals vergessen, Gepäckstücke gleich mitzubuchen.
