Wir flogen heuer von München nach Charlotte und dann weiter nach Las Vegas. Trotz Verspätung erreichten wir unseren Anschlussflug,man war an Bord sehr nett und hilfreich,Getränke wurden ausreichend gereicht sogar Alkohol war kostenlos an Bord.Die Beinfreiheit in der Economy Class war super.Auch in Charlotte war man sehr hilfsbereit den Anschluss zu erwischen,sogar unser Gepäck kam noch mit. Beim Heimflug war leider die Maschine defekt so das wir mit 6 Stunden Verspätung nach Charlotte flogen aber der Flieger nach München war weg. POSITIV die Mitarbeier kümmerten sich wirklich um uns ,es wurde uns ein Hotel inkl.Transfer bezahlt auch Essen Gutscheine gab es. Da ich und meine Frau in der Rente sind war das kein Problem.Am nächsten Tag ging es dann nach Hause wieder mit einer tollen Crew.Ich kann nur sagen American Airlines gerne wieder
