Am Schalter erfuhr ich, dass die Maschinen verspätet in Casablanca landen würde, weil es einen Zwischenstop in Koppenhagen geben würde. Als ich dann verspätet in Casablanca eintraf, brach die Hölle los. Massenhafte Verspätungen, Chaos und überfordertes Bodenpersonal, dass auch noch pampig wurde. Ich konnte erst zwei Tage später weiter fliegen. Um einen Hotelplatz zu Lasten der Fluggesellschaft musste ich auch noch kämpfen. Ob ich entschädigt werde, weiß ich bis jetzt noch nicht. Etwas schlimmeres habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt!
