3 Business-Flüge in die USA im März 2020 von SAS aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie storniert. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich jetzt im November 2020 immer noch. Angelegenheit ist mittlerweile rechtsanhängig. Bin mal gespannt ob und wann ich die über 5TEUR zurückbekomme. Mein Fazit: SAS nie wieder :-(

Ich wollte, ich hätte m it SAS fliegen können. Für mehrere Wochen bot SAS ein günstiges `Fangangebot` von Frankfurt nach Keflavik an. Seltsamerweise konnte das Ticket `aus technischen Gründen` nicht angefertigt werden. Stattdessen bot mir SAS ein teureres Ticket an.
SAS agiert m.E. in betrügerischer Weise und versucht Kunden mit fingierten Flugtickets zu fangen. Leider gibt es seitens der EU oder Gewerbeaufsicht keine Möglichkeit SAS für diese betrügerische Methode zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen.

SAS offers the average service of a third-world airline very much overpriced. Very old airplanes, in our case we had to get to another one, because the one we had entered was not save to fly. Announcements were very long in Norwegian but not understandable in English - oh yes, they can speak German too, but only when they annoyingly announce the commercial offers over and over again. Included is even on 2,5h flight only coffee and tea, nothing else (even no mineral water) to drink or to eat. Of course, there is none entertainment system whatsovever on any of the - without exception - very old planes (we could test 5 during this holliday, also because of the safety problem). Some of the crew tries its best to facilitate a little bit, but the pursers (chefs de cabin) are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They bluntly and openly refused to offer the official EU Passenger Right Information (the said they had none on board) - and the descended so fast, just to avoid 2h delay (it was then 1:55h), that everyones ears went aching for the rest of the day.
This would be worth - besides closing by overseeing authorities! - only prices of Ryan Air or so, but is offered by Star Alliance (be cautious!) for middle and high price segment! Unaceptable and the only thing you wish during the flights is bankcruptvy which is sure to come sooner or later, well earned.
