Am 27.06.16 hatte ich ein Flug gebucht von Berlin nach Pristina. Ich war 1h vor dem Abflug da, der Schalter war aber geschlossen. Mir konnte keiner helfen ! Das Geld habe ich auch nicht zurückbekommen ! Mit freundlichen Grüßen. Sadat Taric
