Wir, Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern, haben eine sehr schlechte Erfahrungen auf unserem Flug von Vancouver nach Island gemacht. Wir saßen in der Reihe 16 an den Notausgängen. Es war so kalt, dass mein Silikon Kopfkissen einfroren ist. Teilweise wurden die Fenster abgeklebt, da sehr zügig. Ich war auch geschäftlich sehr oft auf Reisen, das war der kälteste Flug in meinem Leben, schlechtes Raumklima. Die Sitze ließen ich an den Fenstern nicht zurück stellen. Auf der zweiten Teilstrecke von Island nach Hamburg, im Tranferbereich völliges Chaos, wegen Bauarbeiten am Flughafen. Die Fluggesellschaft hielt es nicht für nötig, Hilfspersonal zur Verfügung zu stellen, das einen zum nächsten Flug geleitete. Wir hatten ca 60 Minuten Verspätung. Dafür hatten eine Überraschung, Umbuchung von Reihe 7 auf 28. Das nach dem ersten Chaosflug! Wiederstand des Personals nach einer einvernehmlichen Lösung zu suchen. Diese Airline - nie wieder - unverschämtes Bodenpersonal!
