Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Germanswing

Gegenüber der Erfahrung mit Eurowings / Germanswing sind wir mit Germania überwiegend zufrieden - wir haben bereits einen Flug im nächsten Jahr gebucht. Nicht zufrieden sind wir allerdings mit der Tatsache, dass die besonderen Konditionen - hier durch den Aufenthalt von über 28 Tagen ein Freigepäck von 30 kg pro Person - weder im Ticket vermwerkt sind noch das Personal beim Einchecken Kenntnis davon hat.In Voraussicht hatte ich die Besonderheit aus den AGB in deutscher und englischer Sprache ausgedruckt. Trotz war Unsicherheit spürbar bzw. mußten Nachfragen erfolgen. Unzureichend ist zudem die mangelnde Beinfreiheit - bei normal langen Beinen schlechthin und wenn dann noch der Vordermann den Sitz zurückklappt, ist alles zu spät.
